What do I actually earn?
A percentage of each referred client’s monthly retainer, for as long as they remain a paying Silverback client. Commission is recorded when we get paid. The calculator on this page uses the live program rate.
How do I get paid?
Via Stripe, straight to you. Track clicks, referrals, and commissions in your partner dashboard. We get paid, you get paid — no extra invoices for standard payouts.
Do I need to hop on a demo call?
No. Silverback does not run demo calls. Send people to your link. They complete an onboarding form. If they send us all the information we need, we run an operations audit from that form, then we build and manage the system. You don’t sell on calls and you don’t support the product.
What makes the chatbot actually convert?
It talks like a person and follows up like a person. How long does a click stay attributed to me?
90 days. If a referred visitor becomes a client inside that window, the sale is credited to your partner account.
What if a client refunds or cancels?
Unpaid commission on a refunded payment is voided. Recurring commission stops when the client cancels. You keep what was already paid on earlier months.
Is there a cost to join?
No. The program is free. You only earn when a business you referred becomes a paying client.
